Have just finished building my new sand scorcher and have also fitted the ezrun 13 t motor and esc but there's a slight grinding noise from gearbox with slow and gentle exceleration but noise stops when full throttle . also same noise like somthing is slipping in gearbox if i prevent forward movement and apply throttle ??? Have taken gear box back to bits and checked it , all seems ok ! re fitted and cluncky grinding noise still there ! .....Adam
@phloamy1 hi bro! sorry for my delayed answer here! Listen.....use nwe ball bearing everywhere! then I use programming card to set the "soft punch" in thtottle! it will prevente immediate accelaration with gear stress ok? need more? :)

@englandforeverist Hi, I fitted EZ RUN (HOBBYWING) series 13 t (3000Kv). I got this system sinc etwo years and have lot of fun and power! no damage (I use 70T pinion in gear box) The ESC isa with little fan and 60A (a 35A will be ggod too) 60 is better of course. The best part is that you have do not mod anything of the gear box , the motor fits perfectly. I will send you a link to the brushless system and ask me more if you need.

Hi my friend. this is the super champ with scorcher body. I love super champ rear cage and suspension system! It'a all metal, nice look and strong. It's fitted on a 13T motor and 35A esc. Ez-run series come from hobby wing. I use the 70T gear ratio of the tamiya's kit. Bye
