Um the whole point in having a gif is to having it do a animation other wise you can just use png images for transparency with better quality image. The tank and table should both be transparent images not fake transparency, png again would be better & for quality. Also for a release it should have really been scaled down to minimum you have 3 builds released, as far as I can see there is little to no difference. there should only be 1 build and the source code.

@Bob0p I agree but I did not make this as you can read from the description I was showing somebody's game. I was a sucky programmer back then. I am now ten times better, I even have my own OS development tutorial using the C and NASM programming language.

@timedstroyer He said "100% better", which means 100% more...or double.  %50 better is 1.5 times more, not a decrease. If he' said "100% OF", then it would be the same. Key word here, "better".

Did you create all the props, npcs, etc. in the game via paint? How do you do that? Dod you save the pictures as .resx?

@Microsoftultimatefan Let me be honest with you, I didn't make it I found it on some site. But I do know that it was made with a lot of coding and pictureboxes. So hope that answers your question.
