you have a very nice body i must say but one with many flaws ( since you are competing ,if you werent competing then by those standards you have a great body better than what people want to achieve ) but since you are competing you lack very badly in the leg department, you have no calves, no glutes whatso ever and quads are ok but still not in par with the upper body!

Atif won the pre contest main could'nt participate in the main round due to dehydration and was hospitalized for a day. Currently he is under training with KEvin levrone. BTW u are amazing.
