Thats not a marine turtle, its called a Fly River Turtle or Pig Nosed Turtle and he is very happy in that tank. This is the only fresh water turtle with flippers so it is easy to get them mixed up..

Oh and grapes is 1 of their favourite foods, they eat a great deal of fruit!
