hmm. not sure what to think here. maybe she was being generous. i mean he now owns an awesome portait of joan! lol. he woulda never saw it again. but if someone did that for me i probably woulda been nice and taken it and actually i like the portrait. but she does come off as kinda spoiled. If the artist wanted her to sign the portrait, he could have asked and I'm sure she would have. I have seen her do that. Love Joan!

THIS VIDEO IS HILLLARIOUS!!! It makes me like Joan Collins MORE! And, Sham obviously thinks this is funny otherwise he wouldn't have posted it. What good is this going to do for his career to have his portrait rejected by a star? He obviously has a sense of humor about himself and his work and I like him for that.

Furthermore, it is not her obligation to accept every gift a stranger has ever given her and it certainly wouldn't be appropriate to pretend, to insincerely accept a gift, only to dispose of it later. Obviously, the artist himself didn't appear offended. Why are you?
