I love this song It would be a great worship song! I've just now become aware of this band...of White metal all together actually! I grew up with my brothers playing songs from heavey metal bands and I liked alot of it....but some of it sounded a little evil, so I felt guilty...but now I've found something I think I can really enjoy. Thank you so much for posting this!
Lame song, its the same thing over and over. Not here to judge the religious aspect of the lyrics or whatever, I'm just saying the song sux, Couldn't bear to listen to the last 30 seconds
@sylta09 We Christians have nothing to fear from death since we all know where we will go when we die. However, atheists have everything to fear since they are oblivious or just plain ignorant to the truth that we humans are not the apex of power in existence.
@liogat i dont think you fully understood my question, the answer is for atheists: we are afraid of dying, but not death, because we know that it is sertan, and that death is probobly just like it was before you were born. what atheists fear is as i sead dying, the transaction to death, because dying means loosing our familys and our stuff. but when we are dead, you cant fear anything, and when most people are afraid of something, they are acualy afraid of the fear. but there is no fear in death
@sylta09 You're absolutely right. Atheists should be afraid of dying because when they die, they will be judged and damned to Hell. However, if you just accept the truth that God DOES exist, then you have no reason to fear death or dying. There is nothing to fear if you know where you are going since everything you love will or eventually be there in Heaven with you.
@liogat it is totaly understandable why people would want to deny death as it really is, it is scary. but everyone has done it before, death is just like before you were born.
@sylta09 I can understand fear. But i'm not afraid of death because I know what lies on the other side: Heaven, God, and eternal glory. You can try to deny the truth all you want but just know that when your time comes that you made this choice on your own and that it is your fault for your own ignorance. Also, how do you know what it is like before you were born? After all, you can't remember anything from your childhood unless it were something exceptionally exciting. May God bless you.
@liogat i cant remember before i was borne because i dident exist. (my atoms did, probobly in some form of food)
also, something that has no evidence is not truth. what you call truth (the bible) is filled with words that has ben disproven by allmighty science. like that the earth is more than 6000 years old, the earth is not flat, and that dragons dont exist. (yes there is storys about dragons in the bible)
@sylta09 I bet you can't remember anything past a few years ago either, so what makes you think you would remember something that far back anyway. The bible gave evidence (before science) that the earth is not flat, you should wash in running water, the existence of atoms, the existence of radio waves, the earth floats in space, air has weight, and it describes the water cycle. Dragons, which are indeed in the bible, are symbolic for the Devil. Bring it.
@liogat i can probobly remember about 10 years back, and yes i cant remember what was there before i was borne, but can you? my point is that it was notting there/then, just like when you die/sleep without dreams. if the bible is so sientific, why did christianity cause the dark ages of scientific repression?
@sylta09 Nice memory, I have to say. Nobody can remember before then because by the time they actually think to try, it's already been too long. So, either way, you wouldn't know. Most of the time, when you think that you didn't dream, it's because dreams are active in a different part of the brain than the part that is used during consciousness. The Dark Ages were caused by the decline and fall of Rome due to barbarian attacks and economic, military, political and social decay.
@liogat i know that you dream every night, but the times that you "don't" dream, (cant remember that you dreamed) there is notting. i'm just using dreamless sleep and the time before you were borne to discribe death, and that it is in fact notting to fear, the only thing to fear is the fear itselfe, and when you fear, fear, then its an irasjonal fear. during the dark ages christians closed down schools that werent fully religius, they destroyed scientists work to get more controll and more money
@sylta09 The times that you "don't dream" is because, again, you can't remember since dreams happen in a different part of the brain. That doesn't mean that you didn't dream that night. However, some dreams, you can remember first thing in the morning since your brain is switching between the conscious and unconscious parts. You using a quote like that must mean that you are running out of argument content. The *myth* that Christians, Christianity, and the rise of is simply that... a myth.
@liogat i diden't say that i disagreed about the dream thing, yes you dream every night, my point was, when you feel like you dident dream, it semed like there was notting there, and i used that as an Example of death.
i dont fully undrestand what you mean in the end, but i do agree that christianity (and all other religions) are myths, was that what you ment? if so, good for you :)
@sylta09 You were saying that during the Dark Ages, Christians closed down schools and "destroyed" scientific work. However, that is a myth that is used against Christianity to make it seem bad. No, I have not accepted your lie that Christianity is a myth.
@liogat what about other religions? are they myths?
what makes christianity more right than other religions? in most of the christian countries, chrisianity was implimented by force, people had other, smaller religions before christianity. through out the world and history there has ben houndreds of religions, christianity only rulse because of power
and why was there close to no scientific improvements during the dark ages? the only thing that was made in the dark ages was christian art.
@liogat when christianity came to norway, almost a thousand years ago, they belived in what we call nrthern mythology. but when christianity came with force, people were asked, "do you embrace christ?" and if they said no, they were killed.
@sylta09 Bull crap. When Christianity appeared in Norway, it was met with resistance from Pagan leaders and was soon abandoned. German and English missionaries also tried with limited success. Olaf I, a Norwegian king, was converted and later Olaf II, who became Saint Olaf, had more success and is credited with Norway's Christianisation. Bring something better to argue with next time.
@liogat you are trying to skip my point by putting up with more details, my point was that people was killed if they diden't wanna be christian.
and my other point is that there has ben, and are so many religions, why is christianity or any other spesific religion right? and also the number of religions points towards people creating religion with a purpouse. reduce peoples fear of death.
@sylta09 Also, try rewording your earlier comment better. I couldn't understand half of what you were saying, and the other half made you sound like a 12 year old. Sorry, but it's true... Just like the existence of God.
@liogat when i get children i will lie to them about santa, the tooth fary etc. and god. because those lies makes growing up more fun and easyer. if my kid asks, what happens when you die, i dont wanna say everything goes black forever. because then my kid will be sad and frigthened. but as they grow up they will become smarter, and less naive, and hopefully they will learn the truth about all the lies by themselfe, like i did and most other people do.when it comes to death people wanna be naive
@sylta09 Well then good sir, I hope you never have the chance to have children. Other children will talk about Santa, the Tooth Fairy, and God. Of which your children will have no knowledge of ultimately making them socially inept and unable to talk with peers about such topics. Hopefully, when your child learns about God, they will make the right choice and accept Him and His son, Jesus Christ, the Messiah and Savior. If this is how you grew up then I feel very sorry for you.
@liogat was what i wrote that hard to understand? i said that i WILL lie to them about the tooth fary, santa clause and god. if i told the truth about them that would mean that i said "santa, the tooth fary and god is not real"
yea sorry that my spelling isent perfect, acording to your youtube page you are from USA, so you should be allot better at writing english than i am. and you are. but my spelling dosent change the fact that god is as real as the tooth fary.
@liogat you are right, its an anoying question, because the truth cant be documented, it can only be observed induvidualy. and when you die and observe notting, i think its too bad that you cant think, because if you could you would think, damn that guy was right.
and the only choise between heaven and hell is your chooise of lifestyle. and therefor i would describe choosing religion as hell, because you choose a life with reduced freedoms. and heaven is atheism, were you do what you want.
@sylta09 You will experience something after you die. Depending on the choice of living you make, you will experience a paradise beyond all others or a blazing inferno of sadness and regret.
@liogat death is the unavoidable end of the human experience.
and if i come to hell, like you think i will, i would actual choose that over eternal notting, if i was in hell and felt extreme pain always, i could still think about what i did in my life and cherish my memories.
@sylta09 Indeed, death is the end of the human experience, but it gives birth into a divine never ending experience. But... whatever floats your boat, dude. If you want to go to hell, be my, and the devil's, guest.
@sylta09 How courteous of you. I will be leaving for a youth meeting at my church in about 20 minutes. No one every asked you to go to church, so I don't expect you to go, but I hope you find the truth before it's too late... although it might already be too late for you.
@liogat i did go to curch some times, but i was never forced do, and i was (dont know the english word) komfirmert, (its when you like aprove your babtism) mainly because everyone else did it, and for a wile me and all my friends went too curch meetings, because they were mandatory, but 95% of the people that went to those meetings stoped after, because the komfirmation is a tradition, and everyone else was doint it. but after all, almost everyone was atheists :)
@sylta09 Well, at least you made the decision to become an atheist after experiencing church first hand. Most people just decide that God doesn't exist and never even go to a church and sit back to criticize those that do. I think that you should at least give it one more chance though. Just search around a bit and try to find one that is to your liking. You seem like a pretty nice guy and I hope that with whatever you choose, your are happy with.
@liogat thanks for a nice comment :) i am allready happy with what i have learned and choosen. and i dont really have anything ageinst people that have a religion, it does teach moral, and it can remove allot of the fear in life. so in that way i wich i could belive, but if there is one thing that i am more than an atheist, that is a realist. and if i ever saw concreet evidence of good, i would gladly accept it. i guess that makes me agnostic or something.
@liogat lol, i actualy hope that god would reveal himselfe too :P but i actualy know what the bible says about beleiving and knowing in god, you are supposed to beleive in god before he reveals himselfe. you are not supposed to "know" in god, the point is beleiving, and therefor i would not get mercy or something if he revealed himselfe, lol. tho i know he never will.
@sylta09 Well, technically, when Jesus comes down to earth during the Rapture, people will have a little over 7 years to accept God into their hearts before Christ returns once more to set up his 1000 year kingdom. Hopefully, the Rapture will occurbefore then so that most of the nonbelievers will accept Christ before it's too late.
@liogat i think its too late to accept him when jesus returns, because then god will say "sorry bro, you dident belive in me, now you just "know" in me, its not the same, GTFO of heaven, go burn." then i will get killed by satans minions wile trying to survive at earth in the 7 year war.
@sylta09 Ah, but that's where you're wrong! :) After Jesus comes back, there will be seven years before he comes back again to defeat satan's minions. You will have all of those seven years to accept Christ before Armageddon (the huge war) begins during the last half of the final year. So again, I hope he comes soon so that all the good atheists who are just borderline or over completely can see biblical events with their own eyes and accept Christ.
@liogat well, that is kinda potential good news for the atheists, lol. because almost every atheist is really a agnostic (wants to belive in good, but needs evidence)
also, you and me are responsible for over half of the comments on this video xD
@sylta09 not to be a grammar nazi, but God is capitalized because it's a proper noun. i guess it's not that big of a deal, but just in case you didn't know, i'm letting you know.
you have to expierence it for yourself to understand. you have to want it. what you see around you isnt whats really happening theres a deeper meaning . a underliying meaning. its a deep feeling. the big picture.
I used to have Frank Peretti's "This Present Darkness" on audio book. I imagined the final battle between angels and demons in the novel accompanied by this very song!
The wounded angel prayed back to health I synced up with the melodic bridge at 2:33 - 3:09 of this song :-)

Just what the fuck is wrong with you... YOU FUCKING MORONS THERE IS NO EVIDENCE FOR GOD THERE HAS NEVER BEEN AND WILL NEVER BE WHAT THE FUCK IS YOUR PROBLEM BELIEVING IN IMAGINARY THINGS!!
I was only tying this song to a piece of Literature that riveted my imagination. I believe, but wasn't expressing belief in the comment you chose to attack.
I'd rather be a moron than not have a chance to be with the All Mighty at the end of time.Just because YOU refuse to believe doesnt mean HE doesnt exist.
This comment has received too many negative votesshow
you believe in something that there is no proof of, it's the same as a child believing in ghosts in the closet or under the bed, you are uneducated and stupid. The more religious the person the lower IQ the person has, that's why people believed in gods long ago because they lower IQ, stupid people do stupid things pretty simple, but prolly u've been to church since u were a baby so u can't change your mind since your so stuck up,
I have an official IQ just below the level of genius. I also never attended church growing up. However, because of the over abundance of proof I saw before me and the convincing truth of the Bible I was more than persuaded to become a Christian. One of the greatest atheists of our time once said that what worried him about his philosophy was all of his friends who were Christians were men of great learning. I do agree with you though..that stupid people do stupid things.
Foolish little man. The greatest scientists the world has ever known were Christians and you expect us to believe that a petty little man like you is smarter than Einstein, Kepler, Gallileo, Newton? What you should realize is you are consumed with rage at a world that has treated as the little man you really are and instead of looking at yourself, you attack almighty God. He'll wait patiently for you...
your the one who sounds a little stuck up... Sorry but there is a God! Who loves even you! He created you! And you are like a son to Him! There is soooo much proof that the bible is real! And that God does exist! Proof that stories in the bible are true!
Just look into it!
I'm sure you'll change your mind when you really see who He is!
@SakariTenhunen I challenge you to research this more in depth for yourself. Try to look at it from our viewpoint. I suggest reading a book called 'The Case for Christ'. It was written by an (at the time of the book's research) agnostic. It takes an in-depth look at whether the Bible (and thereby Biblical Christianity) is credible or not.
@brenopeck if u read the bible you will see that nothing contradicts. EVERY other religion does. And as he said if YOU dont Believe that doesnt mean HE wont come back in a Firey Cheriot and take US home.
@torqus Yeah, not the best way to describe it. Besides, this is old-school metal. Check out Disciple and Demon Hunter for some of the newer generation stuff.
They rock! They're based in the Rock of Ages!

@sylta09 Lol, that's ok, I wish that you have a long and prosperous life. And I hope that God will reveal himself to the world soon. :)
liogat 1 year ago
@liogat lol, i actualy hope that god would reveal himselfe too :P but i actualy know what the bible says about beleiving and knowing in god, you are supposed to beleive in god before he reveals himselfe. you are not supposed to "know" in god, the point is beleiving, and therefor i would not get mercy or something if he revealed himselfe, lol. tho i know he never will.
sylta09 1 year ago
@sylta09 Well, technically, when Jesus comes down to earth during the Rapture, people will have a little over 7 years to accept God into their hearts before Christ returns once more to set up his 1000 year kingdom. Hopefully, the Rapture will occurbefore then so that most of the nonbelievers will accept Christ before it's too late.
liogat 1 year ago
@liogat i think its too late to accept him when jesus returns, because then god will say "sorry bro, you dident belive in me, now you just "know" in me, its not the same, GTFO of heaven, go burn." then i will get killed by satans minions wile trying to survive at earth in the 7 year war.
would have ben a cool story, but it wont happen.
sylta09 1 year ago
@sylta09 Ah, but that's where you're wrong! :) After Jesus comes back, there will be seven years before he comes back again to defeat satan's minions. You will have all of those seven years to accept Christ before Armageddon (the huge war) begins during the last half of the final year. So again, I hope he comes soon so that all the good atheists who are just borderline or over completely can see biblical events with their own eyes and accept Christ.
liogat 1 year ago
@liogat well, that is kinda potential good news for the atheists, lol. because almost every atheist is really a agnostic (wants to belive in good, but needs evidence)
also, you and me are responsible for over half of the comments on this video xD
sylta09 1 year ago
@sylta09 Haha, yeah, I suppose it is :) And you're right! We are responsible for all these comments! XD

@sylta09 Haha, yeah. It's fine :D

@sylta09 not to be a grammar nazi, but God is capitalized because it's a proper noun. i guess it's not that big of a deal, but just in case you didn't know, i'm letting you know.

SakariTenhunen 2 years ago
SakariTenhunen:
Silly Empiricist! You think REALITY is limited merely to things we can detect with our senses? Faith transcends empiricism, and need not be at odds.
Apply your epirical reasoning to the LACK of atheism among primitive cultures. Ask yourself why religion of some kind is INNATE to the human psyche.
Not proof! But damned compelling that there's more to reality than mere empiricism!

I was only tying this song to a piece of Literature that riveted my imagination. I believe, but wasn't expressing belief in the comment you chose to attack.

I'd rather be a moron than not have a chance to be with the All Mighty at the end of time.Just because YOU refuse to believe doesnt mean HE doesnt exist.

you believe in something that there is no proof of, it's the same as a child believing in ghosts in the closet or under the bed, you are uneducated and stupid. The more religious the person the lower IQ the person has, that's why people believed in gods long ago because they lower IQ, stupid people do stupid things pretty simple, but prolly u've been to church since u were a baby so u can't change your mind since your so stuck up,
SakariTenhunen 2 years ago

He'll wait patiently for you...
humbledb4jesus 2 years ago 2
to correct you..Einstein was a professed agnostic...but he did say that a God did exist just not a personal one.. so hes not a Christian
clykdd 2 years ago
your the one who sounds a little stuck up... Sorry but there is a God! Who loves even you! He created you! And you are like a son to Him! There is soooo much proof that the bible is real! And that God does exist! Proof that stories in the bible are true!
Just look into it!
I'm sure you'll change your mind when you really see who He is!
Tebbs31 2 years ago
@SakariTenhunen I challenge you to research this more in depth for yourself. Try to look at it from our viewpoint. I suggest reading a book called 'The Case for Christ'. It was written by an (at the time of the book's research) agnostic. It takes an in-depth look at whether the Bible (and thereby Biblical Christianity) is credible or not.

@SuperJEB17 Just because YOU want to believe doesn't mean HE exists.

@brenopeck if u read the bible you will see that nothing contradicts. EVERY other religion does. And as he said if YOU dont Believe that doesnt mean HE wont come back in a Firey Cheriot and take US home.
