@sanka903 oh wait i thought this was his dual 6 core xeon machine....to be fair if you really want to push it and you have the budget there are 8 core ht xeons out at £2000+ each.. 2 of those in a machine (32 threads) with 24 gbs of ram+ and asingle gtx580 will do you well also some fast large HDDs in raid ....bare in mine all this will probably result in a pc that costs about £6000+

@sacredgeometry if i am not mistaken this resolution is 4k cause 12 million pixels but it wouldn't make sense why a editing card that RED sells is 4k usd. but anyways. this game is real time rendering so i am guessing a rig like this should be enough.

@sanka903 Im not sure what that card is for and yes editing 4k is going to be a hassle on most setups but for alot of the work you can do it at a proxy res so you dont actually need to see the 4k res most of the time. I guess the faster computers get though the less this will be an issue. The thing that might throw a curve ball is if apple decide to use their fancy screen res on ipads....it might kill of hd (1080p) and push 2k, not sure how many computers can even run that natively

The best i had is that i can run a game windowed and then stretch it over 2 screens

@iamsokyut thats because he have to downgrade the video resolution to 1080p from 7680x1600 so if you watch it at 1080p and there still edges then this is the proplem the lack of pixels but at hes resolution its insane to see a single edge if you looked to the monitor directly

I cant imagine i could stand monitors trim plus annoying speedo so far away i need to actualy loose eye contact with the car itself + the fact that i dont care looking on trees or asphalt i just passed by 300 km/h....

Nice power from the setup but ill wait till they will made rolled screens witch such native resolutions + maybe little bit less wide.

@faizytechtips 4x GTX 580 is much faster than 2x GTX 590. Why would he want to buy that?.. GTX 590 is only 1.5x faster compared to GTX 580.. This means that 2x GTX 580 yields 50% more fps. Considering the fact that you can only Quad SLI then 4x GTX580 is much faster than 2x 590.. 590 = two GPU's on one PCB so you can't SLI 4 of them.

@Suprnovo3 1 socket (i mean the thing where the electricity came out of the wall - im german, sry^^) can run 4500 watts... u dont get problems with high end gaming machines cause electricity. also this pc will NEVER need 1500 watts.. a core i7 980x and 4 gtx 480 consume about 1200 watts (in ungine heaven) FROM THE WALL! that means that the cards and the cpu consume only 1050 watts (85% psu efficency)
