I don't think their going to kiss. Somethings going to stop them. But I think they are going to kiss later on in the episode because if you look at the "Love Transcends Into Two Worlds" promo they have a 360 shot of them kissing. You usually only see that shot when there is a HUGE moment happening. In this case, a perfect first kiss!
