  • oh come on!!! i cant get the loaf out of my bread maker, any tips

  • @SE09uk Give it a real good shake it will pop out!

  • the bread slices looks heavy, not light anf fluffy.

  • i have a Sunbeam bread machine, and more you use it the better bread you can make.I have a few tips if u interested:

    - after the bred is done, leave it in the machine without opening the lid for about another half an hour, in this way is gonna have a crispy crust.

    -i always use bran.

-put just a little more yeast than they say...

-if u dont use too much water you will get a soft inside and crispy outside bread.

-no need for milk, egg, butter or sugar..i use just some cooking oil.

  • is this britania breadmaker?

  • I remember when i made my first batch of bread, it brought a tear to my eye. I havn't stopped since, especially around the bread fridays and braunicas and singing carols. My favorite carol is a mix up between bradle and yeasty the snowman. remember that that uneven top may have been made by the worn yeast paddles. so keep baking and pray to the yeast lords for many bountiful feasts to come.

  • mmm!!!

  • That baked bread appears just a wee-bit heavier than it should.... a little too much water added or perhaps, some ingredients in access like butter or insufficient salt perhaps... my 1st machine looked just like this model, in 2004. I just bought my 4th machine, a Panasonic SD-255 from UK. Only one cheapy model went bust, it was the 1st model... I now have 3 to bake about in delight...;)

  • @debstar2005, yes we know about the supermarket and the variety of bread and yeast products. It's much healthy to make bread from scratch not only does it taste better its also cost effective (banana ,wheat etc)and the product is way fresher and fills you faster.

  • Cool!!!!!! This machine have alot of great reviews. Try not opening the machine too frequent during the baking it have the rising agent yest that you added. when baking and it comes in constant contact with cool air the dough will "fall" like in your video. Place on a cooling rack this will prevent the finished bread from being soggy at the bottom...........Good luck

  • wow!!!!!!!

    cool!!!

    TFS!!

  • i hav the same machine and it always works great!

  • MOOSTASH

  • I have got this exact bread maker i have had it for like 5 years and have never been able to make any bread it all comes out tasting like crap - I have used like 10 time all in all lol wow u got it to work or r u pretending it taste nice for the camera ?

  • @debstar2005, you have to follow a thing called a "recipe". This can be found in the "manual" that came with it or from a "bread machine" "book". "You" have to be exact and use only bread machine "ingredients" for example: bread machine yeast. Hope this help you in your quest to create good bread like everyone else can, even my 11 year old nephew. ;)

  • McQuaidm, Don't patronize me ok telling me that your 11yr old nephew can make bread in a machine ( big whoop) and then talking to me like I dunno what a recipe is! Seriously there was no need to be rude cos I didn't leave a rude comment so there was no need for you too ok. Now grow the hell up!

  • Thank you for making my day. ;)

  • Oh & by the way there is a place called a SUPERMARKET and thats where I buy my bread! they tend to have loads and they come with YEAST

  • I like your mustache :)

  • Cool video.. what's the music?

  • I have the exact machine. The recipe I use makes the bread have a round top. I bought a bread machine book from Canada. The book is called 250 Best Canadian Bread Machine Baking Recipes by Danna Washburn and Heather Butt. I think it is the best book to make bread machine breads. Buy this book, and you will have the best bread.

  • I have this machine and I love it! My bread never comes out like that? It's always nice and round at the top..Maybe it's some trivial like temperature of your house or the climate or something? I've made all kinds of different breads and the only one with the flatter top was the French bread and I think it was just the recipie. I have also made cakes and flavored cornbreads. ps: you can download the manual online.

  • Hey does anyone have a plain white bread recipe for a 1 lb. loaf machine? I lost my manual and forgot how to make it.

    thanks!

  • need less yeast,, about 25% less

  • Yum yum!!! I am gonna get me a machine to do that too!

  • I have the same bread machine, just made my first loaf, it looked exactly like yours did - I followed the suggested recipe in the instruction manual for the first loaf. The dough seemed to rise ok, but then, like your loaf, it seemed to flatten at the top before baking. I guess I will keep trying, my goal is to make a nice dense wholemeal loaf.

  • HAHAHAHA, lo del vigote me dio un poco de asco, pero lo demas me encanto =).

    5 ESTRELLAS

  • I just bought one, my bread came out exactly like yours did.

  • Clever video however:

1)The dough ball looks a little dry- hence the uneven top after baking

    2) Always cool on a wire rack to prevent bottom from getting soggy
