I found out who she is. She's Quincy Lucas, a school teacher whose sister (a doctor) was murdered by her ex-fiance, so she gives a lot of speeches for laws to stop domestic violence and violence against women. McCain provided access to all of his medical records to reporters in a conference room at the Mayo Clinic in Scottsdale before he won the Republication nomination. Some of the networks flew in their doctors who also double as reporters on medical issues. The only condition was that they not disclose the assumed name he uses on the files.
