  • Adam.

  • I'll tell you the two types in Los Angeles:

    1) Those that are pretending to do something

    2) Those that pine to pretend to do something.

This guy, however, is spreading absolute satanism as per his little satanic red snake ribbon under the word doctrine in the opening

  • Type one= follow orders and ask no questions, submissive /Type two= Think for yourself, free mind, and come to your own conclusion

  • Eze:18:20: The soul that sinneth, it shall die. The son shall not bear the iniquity of the father, neither shall the father bear the iniquity of the son: the righteousness of the righteous shall be upon him, and the wickedness of the wicked shall be upon him.

M't:18:3: And said, Verily I say unto you, Except ye be converted, and become as little children, ye shall not enter into the kingdom of heaven.

I understand where you are coming from. I would have agreed 100% with you just a few years earlier. The Bible, and religion in general, discourage you from investigating your beliefs. It wasn't until I decided I was not afraid to explore the origins of Christianity and the Bible that I started to see things as they truly were, and not how I had been led to believe most of my life.

  • @crchrdsn

the bible tells us to examine ourselves to see if we are truly in the faith.

    how is this discouragement ?

  • The point of view of the fundamentalist evangelical believers like Driscoll is based on the ASSUMPTION that what they believe is true. The moment you step outside of this assumption and think rationally you start to find that many of your previous beliefs fall apart. I used to be a strong fundamentalist believer myself. Now I am agnostic.

  • there are 2 types of people: dead in sin and dead to sin.

life is a continuous death, no matter who you are.

  • you need to read the bible a little more

    Satan does not like man

Satan hates mankind and he wants to ruin our relationship with god. Hell is not a place full of freedom. Hell is a place with eternal suffering forever and ever and ever with no end. I would wish no one to go to hell because it's just a horrible and scary place. Your soul will never rest. Read the bible Satan wanted to be like God, and he wanted to overthrow the supreme bieng that made him.

  • whether im right or wrong it still doesnt change the fact that God is a 'THREATENING' being.....I don't see this as being the attitude of a mercyful God, ' Join me or you will suffer for eternity '

i see that as a threat. if your not with me your against me. it is controling people through fear, its as bad as a gangster intimidating a jury at a trial......christianity is currupt and any of you people who want to bow down to this God i really do pity all of you....

  • God never said you have to bow down to him you have freewill.

  • i never said you had to either, but its either that or suffer, it isnt right....

  • I'm sorry to hear about your bad experiences with christians. Not all of us are perfect. people do preach the word of God rather than live the word of God. AKA people talk but don't walk the talk. not all Christians are perfect, we still do fall even though we believe in God.

  • IF I believed the Bible to be true, I'd probably side with Satan. God apparently created me with the intention of me being a slave to his will, or suffering for all of eternity. That's low.

I like to think of Satan as the one who wants us to rebel against that and do whatever makes US happy.

This doesn't have to be a bad thing, for example, what makes me happy, is making other people happy.

    Heaven seems boring anyways.

My grammar sucks doesn't it? Meh, fudge it.

  • @w00td00t

Heaven timeless, you never get boring because you never reach that state :P

  • @w00td00t Heaven will not be boring, because u will need eternity just to meet all the people that will be there. And actually to go to heaven u dont have to be a slave to his will.U just have to believe in Jesus and his finished work on the cross. Its a free gift, people go to heaven based on faith , not based on how well they lived their life.

  • God Bless Mark for his wonderful teaching.

  • Mark has more insight and Godliness than most preacher's have.

    God Bless you Mark.

  • Or hey to run away when challenged? Yes I think that he does a great job with this...I don't agree with a bit of what he says in general consequently....but exactly what about what about this summary...is..well off? (if you are a christian)
