Getting criticized alone in a classroom is hard enough to swallow, but getting critiqued on a stage with cameras live audience and millions watching would be terrifying. nothing can prepare someone for it. She seems to be someone who stands for herself but thinking about how she managed, it is commendable. There is always two sides of a story. I can't make judgement because I was not there and did not witness whatever went on backstage. The most important thing is does she do her best when she comes on stage? The answer is yes. So..... that's all that matters.

The show is called the X Factor and I always thought that included the voice, the confidence, the PERSONALITY, and the charisma. If it was all about the onstage stuff then what's the point of all the video diaries, interviews, and the Xtra Factor? And Kelly should know that some ppl will vote for a contestant based on something other than his/her voice. If judges are going to mention how sweet or humble a person is than why not mention the negative? It's only fair.

Correct me if I'm wrong but this program is a singing competition and the purpose for the judges is to judge the contestants on their singing. Don't see why bullying backstage was brought into this. She seems to be someone who stands for herself but thinking about how she managed, it is commendable. She didn't try to make excuses about it and she just stood there and took what they were telling her, fair on unfair. So, I think people should give her a break.

I can't believe people are commenting as if they know Misha personally!!! If Tulisa later said that Misha is a sweet girl then there was no reason for her to do what she did, PERIOD! IF Misha was rude in someway then it should have been dealt with backstage but if it had continued I'd understand. Its amazing how we are quick to believe the bad things and in a hurry to strip other of certain accomplishments over something that could have been misunderstood or someone may have had a bad day.

Tulisa should be ashamed of herself, that was very unprofessional. As the "professional" she should have dealt with it backstage or inform Kelly and allow her to deal with it. That was shady! If it was something constantly happening and she dealt with it the right way before her comments then I would understood. The show is called the X Factor and I always thought that included the voice, the confidence, the PERSONALITY, and the charisma. If it was all about the onstage stuff then what's the point of all the video diaries, interviews, and the Xtra Factor? And Kelly should know that some ppl will vote for a contestant based on something other than his/her voice. If judges are going to mention how sweet or humble a person is than why not mention the negative? It's only fair.

Its the same thing about they're singing abillity, when they have a bad stage presence, etc. Whatever Gary and Kelly said, the personality backstage IS an important factor in this show, even if they don't realize it. I mean, when a contestant has a sad story, they tell us... even if it has nothing to do with singing.

Not only has Misha been mean to the other contestants, she was horrible to her stylists as well. Tulisa simply told her kindly to back down. On live tv, yes.
