I won't be buying from them for sure. In the UK we have Distance Selling Regulations - you can send pretty much anything back to the retailer. And where do you think those returns go? I think they just get a quick check over and resold as New items. When the check over fails this is the result IMO.

@CondemnedGraham Yeah, the differences are the LED's the cables it comes with, the program the gaming edition comes with seems to be pretty good. The 1080p rendering is pretty amazing. If you order it off amazon or somewhere cheaper then yes but off of hauppauge..It's about 220 dollars just for it.. Plus they mite screw you over..sooooo. Honestly yes it's worth it but order it else where.
