I'm proud of you. I wish I had done this at your age. I'm 35 and feel that so many years went to waste on worrying about what others thought of me and not knowing who I really was. You have the rest of your adult life ahead of you now to make of it what you want and I envy you for that! Keep on keeping on and let those boys go now. they are long gone on my conscience! i will never let them rule my mind again.. and yes i've spent so many years worrying about other peoples negative opinions... no more! i wish i could've felt that way when i was bigger but it just doesn't work that way. at least not for me... but we can move on from all our troubles and make the best of it. love you!

Darcy, nothing wrong with gaining happiness with your new smallness. I have watched skinny women for years some of them are butt ugly but they are thin and happier that they are not fat and ugly. Be happy honey, you earned it!
