that looks like the wailing cleaver dude.. are the designs different in 2g and freedom unite? cause that pattern on the blade you only get on the wailing cleaver.. Was bummed to see you used the tigrex set for the dual tigrex mission.. next time a post with lower level armor would be great :S just saying cause im making do on maxed out cenator set untill i can beat this mission.. would you recommend i get rathalos s set instead and go with that?

@603296 Use Garuga set armour. It has really high defense if u upgrade it, de effects are poison halved, block roar, and reckless abandon +1. and if u add de sharpening skill inc to it youll have no prob using it against tigrex. and i killed them using the true devil slice. the sword that comes before the wailing cleaver.

m8 i just done this quest 2day in my opinion u should wear a mixture of rathalos s and monoblos s because you get attack increased large and adrenaline +1. You get a lot of defense as well ;)

I use a Full Cenatuar armor U Gem with artisan gem and prot gem in the weapon to cancel the worry skill. then do the same with this guide spam w/ flash bomb.

Woo this guide was sooo helpful. I beat it right after I saw this video. It really helped me to avoid the tig attacks way better. Plus I died only once. Woo. I dunno what this guy was wearing but I was only using Tigrex armor and TDS. I carried some mega armor and demon skin too, that might have helped. Oh and I had Felyne Defense [lo] and that helped counter the nasty demonic protection. YAY hr 6! I feel like such a nerd now.. ^.^

Tigrex is easy!!!!!! but did u attack it when it was enraged, cause if you did that may be the case.

Only attack him when he is not enraged, but u still can attack him when he is angry after he finishes his two jumps then u hac on one side of the back leg.... that is when he will do his growling stance...but be cautious..... Keep on hacking your TDS on one side of the leg then he will stumble quicker and more times...

I would reccomend you do Obituary armor. It's invaluable against Green Plesioth and Dual Tigrex
