  • I find that Nuetralzing repeatedly or multiple times after a relaxer will leave the hair flat, rough & brittle. Once is enough, Just be sure to rinse all the creme out really well before nuetralizing. I notice that it strips the hair of moisture when you do it repeatedly. It's not as lusterous or smooth.

  • @ScienceProjek that's not true! why wouldn't you rather be safe than sorry.... one time is not enough.... if u dont wash the hair more than once you might miss some residue..

  • @TheJuicy I hear what you're saying, But I still notice the hair feels and looks more stripped when It's neutralize more than twice, 3 is a charm (for me). The hair is more stiff and brittle. It's a subtle thing yet still very noticeable. It's good to Neutralize less times but longer rather than more times in a shorter amount of time. At the end of the day the whole point of relaxer is to have more attractive hair, but whats the point if you're gonna over neutralize and not have the hair u want.

  • You have to rub somewhat vigorous to get the relaxer out during the shampoo guys.

  • LMFAO SHES DESTROYING HER HEAD so rough

  • She's ruff....I get relaxers and my scalp is very sensitive afterwards, so she should be a little more gentle.

  • You don't give details. I find your information useful and more better for commercials than education.

  • i agree

  • is it ture that mayonnaise can take the relaxer out of ur hair without having to go through trasitioning??

  • Mayonnaise? That's a new one, I've heard of the eggs myth....

No, nothing can "remove" a relaxer from hair. Relaxing (lye, no-lye) is a chemical process that breaks very important bonds in the hair that make up our curl/wave patterns. Once broken, these bonds can never be rebuilt, so that curl pattern is gone forever.

Sorry, but you have to grow the relaxer out.

  • Use a chelating shampoo after the neutralizer. That will remove the chemicals.

  • From what i know, people use mayonnaise to add shine or moisture temporarily. That's why you see in tv shows or movies, someone with mayo in their hair right before a date, or an event.

  • make one whole video please i am gettign confused

  • Can you make it(your vlog) all in one video with this particular client(relaxer process, shampoo , conditionner and the falt iron process all in one video )Please ....
