Thank you! It has 2 modes. RC and autonomous. So it can make dessisions for it self. Also have a look at my other vids.
@civicbynature: the legs (femur/thy) are made from aluminium sheet with a teardrop, wich i have cutout by hand with a figuresaw. The lower leg (tibia) is made from 12mm aluminium piping. Attached to the servos with copper pipe brackets.
The cable is for power but only because i did not make a proper voltage divider for a lipo.
That is a very impressive RC device, but can it function and make decisions without your controller? If not then it isn't a robot, just a cool RC toy.
Did you use an Arduino Mega and a mega shield for this project? I would be interested in seeing any posts you have on the creationof this hexapod. Thanks!
