Mark Sanford is all about keeping taxes down. What do you think we're going to do after we've spent all the stimulus money? We're going to have to pay it back up through our taxes in the future. The only reason South Carolina is one of the lowest states when it comes to education is because our standards are wayy higher. I took a test that went by the Texas standards and got Advanced although I don't score that on South Carolina tests. Look up the S.C.G.S.A.H. - I went there - we're not idiots.

Why would Sanford oppose better schools for the children of South Carolina? Because an educated electorate is the GOP's biggest nightmare.
