Maybe he is just using the word incorrectly, but this guy is claiming to have 'de-bunked' the video - that is, proving it to be fake by showing its inner workings etc. All he did was play some ads that made no secret of what they were. He is taking pride in not being as dumb as others, and essentially doing nothing. That's all

Theres another video here on YT about "creeper in the kitchen" that has a strange derelict girl on film that comes out from a crawlspace at night in some guy's kitchen. If you do enough research " behind the scenes" the viewer would discover it is actually a new type of marketing technique for an apartment locating service.. Just another creative way to bring traffic to a business...

The first time that I saw it (the first clip) I realised that it was fake immediatly! Its the kind if effect that could be done by layring 1 vid of no ghost, then one with the ghost, (or just a 3d model effect ;-) ) then a negative and semi-transparent effect is added! (It still gave me a shock though) there
i believe the first part is real watch the breathing.then because the location was leaked real state value of that building would drop so much they came up with the rest of the story i say that cause when i watched this first clip 2o3 months ago i was laughing so much watched it 50 times but at night i felt a visitor.
