Are you using Mixmeister? It sounds like you are putting them on the same BPMs and relying whatever program you are using to do it for you. Try finding the key and slowing down the vocals slower than the BPM the program is giving you and that will help get things matched up. The BPMs aren't always correct and won't always sound right. But this and about 3 of the others I've listened to are bad and I wouldn't have put them on the web.
