  • Man, I hate this woman.. she thinks she's the big shit. Lydon is the fucking hero of music, she should respect him. Why the fuck is he there anyway? Is this even real?

  • Maybe defendants and the accused get to interrupt and boo the judge in the UK like they do in Parliment, but in the U.S.... It doesn't fly. And you don't interrupt Judge Judy! LOL

  • oh shit! i love what she sais @ 2:51 - 3:14

  • i read the title of this video and said "This is gonna be like fuckin dynamite with these two!" lol

  • I remember this, I want to say it was like 1997/98ish?!

  • Judge Judy is probably the only person who could put the fear of god in John Lydon, lmao.

  • Present day JJ would have thrown blondie out without him even having to say a word.

  • What a dork ! Is there anything he wont go on ?

  • what year is this?

  • 100 bucks for drum sticks!!! wtf kind of drums sticks are they???

  • Johnny's a fucking boss.

  • Remember to turn your speakers back down now

  • i actually met this guy who was trying I guess 2 sue John when this happened, and he was a right fucking pillock.

He was like proud about being on judge judy? ( i mean, when I say met him I hardly spoke with the guy so didn't know the outcome of the trial prior to watching it a couple of days later on t.v. ) just when he mentioned Lydon it kind of got my attention.

Its just funny re-watching it all these years later & remembering thinking at the time just STFU dude & go get a decent hair cut!

  • Um no offense dude but where's the audio?

  • Probably the most surreal thing I've seen in my life.

  • "& I don't tune them that way" I'm a professional musician, I'm a guitar player, I've been doing it since before I could talk & I was born into the scene because my dad was always a professional guitar player so I literally grew up in the scene. AS FAR AS I KNOW, drums aren't like Guitars; I have 3 guitars on stage with me sometimes, my 1967 Gibson Flying V is tuned one half-step down all the time, my Jackson Professional Randy Rhoads RR3 V is tuned Regular & '90 Charvel 475 is tuned to Drop D

  • @IMaDEM0N Howdy, you can definately tune drums in different ways, some like "pop /snap" to their snare others like the loose jazz rattle. although you aren't doing notes your pitch and dynamics change considerably how tight the heads are. Anway, that guy and Rotten should not be working together as she pointed out :)

  • @IMaDEM0N so your not a drummer then,

  • @IMaDEM0N - Drums can be tuned differently but I think you probably know that by now.

  • Huh... I didn't know Monisuer Rotten had been on judge judy? Yeah lol he is funny isn't he lol Wew I fink heed be betta off as a paintar and decowaita lol Classic lol

  • Oh Mr Rotten...He is awesome isn't he

  • Is this show scripted?

  • A nut what? Nutneck?

  • @gnossticc

    Nudnick

    "nud·nik also nud·nick (ndnk)

    n. Slang

An obtuse, boring, or bothersome person; a pest."

  • @Rottenhaus thanks! I didn't know that! I couldn't understand it.

  • @gnossticc I guess that would make sense, since his hair apparently looks like a penis.

  • 0:37 his haircut looks like a penis

  • It's obvious to me, that the other guy is pretending to be like "Yes ma'am yes yes :(" roflmao stupid pussy bitch piece of shit. :)

  • judy's an asshole

  • first time this shit show has never been boring

  • oohhh! Respect man. that's what it is all about! lol

  • this was back when Judge Judy wasn't so nasty all the time to everyone.

  • The fuck is up with Casper? And. . . does he ever blink?

  • OMG Look at the ugly Jew tour manager.... Jews in total control of what YOU SEE AND HEAR !!!!

  • If He assaulted Duffy, He probably assaulted this guy too!!! LoL

  • I got the whole thing on dvd....

  • Fantastic. Now I need to find the entire thing. :)

  • I would love to see Judy stabbed through the face

  • @MikeEmery9 hey, judy was fair. she called out the idiots for what they were. it was like getting a good talking to by the parents, and these people were stupid children. i bet you'd go whining in the corner after she was done ith you. ha ha.

  • @MikeEmery9 typo: "with".

  • I love John so much. Oh my god.

  • "nudnik" = anal-drummer-who-can't-handle-anarchy-in-the-middle-of-touring-with-johnny-rotten ?

  • Must've missed this one... I used to watch this show on lunch breaks at toys r us....lol

  • @midnightaria ROFL

  • The drummer guy looks like my RE teacher.

  • Johnny fuckin Rotten said "wack"

    #WINNING

  • Johnny calls him a fag at the end

  • Duh-I mean "Cornwell", not "Cornwall." I oughta be Strangled for that.

Too bad. Williams is a great musician. Check out the work he did with Hugh Cornwell. Look up the album "Nosferatu" on youtube. "Losers In A Lost Land" has original and imaginative drumming. Lydon is a psychopath-amusing, talented, but a psychopath all the same.

  • @TheFutureFossil the guy is a wad. he might be a talented drummer but that has nothing to do with it. Judge Judy is right, you cant be an anal control freak in that business.

  • @Frozenpot420 Unless you're in a band of nebishes. True enough-if you mixed with Lydon you should expect erratic behaviour. I'm glad that youtube decided to cause multiple iterations of my "Cornwell" comment. I didn't do it.

  • @TheFutureFossil hahaha i was wondering about the Cornwell thing.

  • Duh-I mean "Cornwell", not "Cornwall." I oughta be Strangled for that.

  • @TheFutureFossil Fuck off with your spamming of the same comment you twat.

  • @Chaoitcme Blow me with your mother's dentures rectum breath-it was a youtube glitch. I'm glad it pissed you off though.

  • @TheFutureFossil I would love to blow you and your mother at the same time. Lets make a date.

  • @Chaoitcmery Not a very clever reply. My Mum's dead, so you can felch her first,

  • @TheFutureFossil Duh-I mean "Cornwell", not "Cornwall." I oughta be Strangled for that.

  • @TheFutureFossil Duh-I mean "Cornwell", not "Cornwall." I oughta be Strangled for that.

  • lmao John!! u can tell he was trying hard not to snap

  • "This is an insane business and people tend to be a bit whack...just look at me"

  • too funny!!!

  • 0:11 winning.

  • *presses play*

    YOU ARE WINNING.

    Fckin yeah.. x'D

  • She should have known what she was getting into. I find it hard to believe that she'd never heard of Johnny Rotten. He earned that name for a reason.

  • Judge Judy didn't know how to handle Johnny

  • This made my day! xD

    Go Lydon!!!

  • nothing like having a cry baby side man on the road with your band. The solution is to "forget" him at the next truck stop.

  • that hair on mr williams is shit. He's now painting walls for a living.

  • lol......judge judy was star struck

  • I hate that little guy so damn much. I really want to beat his ass. How dare he act like he's the victim! What did he think, that it was all gonna be fun and games? Music is hard work, I know people who would sleep under the tour bus if they had the chance to tour with johnny rotten! What a little bitch!

  • I remember when this first aired...thought it was hilarious when she called the drummer a 'nudnik'!

  • This isn't the full show, Ive saw the full episode on youtube a few years ago but it seems to be gone now.

  • A-1, tops! Anarchy in the U.S.A.!

  • @daleastar rock star? punk musician yes

  • Have you got the whole episode??

  • HAhaha Johney's sarcastic as always, i love him he's great.

  • rotten is brilliant as always :)

  • how old is this episode? Byrd seems so young and so does JJ.

  • @habibi020202

    i think it's about 10 yrs old

  • @habibi020202 FROM WIKI=In November 1997, Lydon appeared on Judge Judy fighting a suit filed by his former tour drummer Robert Williams for breach of contract, and assault and battery.[29] Lydon won the case, although Judge Judy Sheindlin wasn't overly impressed with Lydon's antics and did advise Lydon to keep quiet several times.

  • I never expected to see this on youtube. :)

  • i think he'd be better as a painter and decorator :P

  • HAHAHA~ I can't believe Rotten would hire such a dweeb!

  • @sirensealight That "Dweeb" is in fact a former band member of one of Mr. Rotten's influences, Captain Beefheart and the magic band. He is actually a very skilled drummer.

  • @lordevilvenom Wow, didn't know that. But he's still bit of a Twat.

  • @sirensealight

I suppose. Here's Mr. Williams thoughts on the subject recently:

The only person I quit on was John Lydon because he reduced my my salary by 33% and told me that my room would be shared by the crew and the other band members for the tour.

He head butted me at the sushi bar during our meeting as his younger brother Martin had his hand wrapped around the neck of a Sapporo bottle daring me to take that swing but I thought the legal system made the most sense at the time.

  • @lordevilvenom I could image it wouldn't be easy working with Johnny. I would think for a professional musician it would be quite a labor to deal with the punk.

  • i love the ending "fairly obvious conclusion"

"i think he'd be better as a painter or a decorator"

  • @indiewuv
