Most of the products you use are really expensive, and I'm sure they work great, but what would you recommend using for someone who wants the look but on a budget? Every time I try to curl my hair, it falls flat within an hour no matter how much hairspray I use. Are there 2-3 products you recommend using that are much cheaper than the ones you use?

@Madilyn1027 There may be a similar curling iron, I believe the good thing about Hot Tools is the high temperature setting. I recommend looking for an iron that has a controlled heat setting.

it looks so flattering! every time i do my hair like this it becomes straight so quickly! it will look awesome for like the first hour and a half and then will go away. is the pomade helping your hair to stay in that shape? i was a little confused by your description because hair spray is not enough for my hair, no matter how much or little i use. wonderful video!

@lese91 I recommend a styling spray before blowdrying like Bumble & Bumble Thickening Spray. That along with the pomade and a little hairspray should do it!

@lese91 If you have used something like the Thickening Spray (highly recommend) and your hair still goes straight maybe try mousse? The pomade does help the curls stay as well.

Hey, I have a quick question, I have tried to do waves/curls on my hair but they never stay longer than 30 minutes unless i bathe my hair in hair spray, then its all crispy. Do you have any tips for me to make the waves/curls last without too much hair spray?

Hi. I just have a question. How do u get your hair to last until you wash it. I used to use a heavy leave in conditioner, but they don't sell it anymore. I used to put the leave in conditioner tight before I curled it, but I did not like doing that because it used to make the sound of my hair burning. Also, the bigger the curling Iron the faster the curl falls off, so I feel limited to using a very small curling iron and not getting the exact curls that I hope for. How do I make my curls last?

@kayyxbabie7 hi! my colorist uses the balayage technique and he does a Gisele Bundchen type of look. Beach looking hightlights. I don't get any lowlights, the dark color is my natural color. I hope that helps!
