  • Beautiful song and sweet performance. It's just perfect for girlchoirs.

Interesting interpretation of Estonian language, though.

  • it's nice to see, that people from other countries also sing this:D It's estonian folks song, so i sing it too :D

  • my choir is doing this song currently, its so beautiful, i get goosebumps pretty much everytime i hear/sing it.

  • I didn't know this song is so popular. Where is this choir from? I'm estonian. The song talks about the songster's childhood, when he was just some days old, his mother put him on the swing and then the birds started to sing and talk to the child. That's where the songster got his words, songs.

  • We are from Gilroy, California. This particular choir is Concerto Delle Donne, an audition all-womens choir. =] Sorry you couldn't get the response earlier.

  • wow she's a really great singer. I love this melody. i think i'm gonna try out for sining that part when my choir does it. ;D

  • This is a sweet melody all in a smooth speed and combination.Very nice.

  • @GlamYumie The best version I have heard was sung last year at the Song Festival; there's a vid on youtube here: (after doubleUdoubleUdoubleU dot youtube dot com) /watch?v=4g9RMSqGLKU.

  • this is a very beautiful estonian composition....how wonderful you have chosen to sing the composition, it is a beautiful piece and your choir has done very well singing it.

  • and the title means "Songster's Childhood" in english. i'll find the translation of the song....

  • This song is called Lauliku lapsepoli just in case you were wondering haha :)
