  • ummm @loosey5 I totally agree with you I have been an avid bodybuilder for 5 years and see absolutely no point in doing this.... @msb8384 please enlighten us because if it was so good this would be everywhere... Also i would consider this cheating.

  • @taylor1hp this type of training is more useful for power lifters then bodybuilders.

  • You've never heard of Reverse Band Squats?

  • Apparently not. I fail to see the purpose of using band during squats. Please enlighten me.

  • @loosey5 The unique effect of reverse band exercises are that they cause the effective weight to change during the lift. As the bands stretch, they give more of an assist on the negative part of the squat, as they go slack, the positive part of the squat gets increasingly harder. This is meant to help overcome weaknesses people may have on certain parts of the squat movement.
