@antsonc eheh believe me that if it was the case i would say it, no problem on this.. everyone need some! ;)) the thing is that the judges are very busy and to watch and choose beetween more than 60 videos takes some time.. i think we will have the result before the end of the month, thanks for your patience!

TIME FOR ME TO SAY THANKS SO MUCH!!! THX so much for that great funky - soul - jazzy - fusion - rockin' competition and all the work guys!!! It was really major fun as I love that style (free impro) - I've watched all vids as I always do! Again and again every guitar playing contest makes the same mistake. You gotta measure every player with the same yardstick. Make them play the same licks on a clean tone guitar and have a jury vote who's the one with best technical ability...then you let them improvise on the same backing track. I've uploaded a few licks that I believe can separate a real player from the ocean of shredders.

I disagree with you, the contest isn't about how well you can copy a lick cause i'm sure many players on here could easily do that so where's the fun and competition there? The real contest is seeing who can come up with a cool original solo while displaying great technical ability and musicianship like this one. There are also many players that are able to come up with some unique & inspiring licks that can "separate a real player from the ocean of shredders." without your videos
