  • @PoopyThumb That's funny because that is the only ab workout that I do and I have a six pack and I'm lean and ripped. I don't have any shoulder, back or joint issues. So this technique is working just fine for me and I've been doing it for more than 10 years.

  • the truth is, while your technique is effective, it can be made more effective by isolating the work to the core. furthermore, after 10 years, i would expect you to do them from your feet...

  • @chavezcycling I admire your sixpack ! You have a perfect shape ! I think that you  owe yours sixpack a good diet and a lot of cycling fistly. Secondly: AB Wheel. I have spent a lot of time doing AB Wheel too, and find a technique that 15 - 20 reps. make my abdominals dead :) But do as you like, and don't think that I am a big nose because I am not and I can only imagine about look like you !
