I hope you billed them at least £500 for the time you had to wait whilst they recified their mistake...you have a right to charge them...do it & take them to court for non payment as you know they wont pay...sort these bastards out.
What's sad about clamping is it was meant to discourage illegal parking. Instead, it discourages people from having cars to begin with. This, along with VAT, Fuel Duty Tax, Road Tax, Congestion Charge, Parking fees/ fines, insurance, fuel, repairs, cost of the vehicle, etc. It's too expensive and inconvenient to own a car. Many are employed thanks to cars. When people stop using cars and go mass transit, its no wonder why many are out of work. Thanks clampers and automotive bandits.
I have a Land Rover with deep dish steel wheels and 100% profile 33 inch tyres. I could just unbolt the full wheel and tyre, slip off the clamp, refit the wheel, and return it to them...... providing of course, they could actually fit the clamp in the first place (If I parked illegally that is.. which I don't do)
Your lucky where I am from they will just tow your car away and you have to find out who towed your car from a list of a dozen companies. Then you have to make your way to the impound lot which is usually in the middle of nowhere . If by any luck you do manage to find your car then you have to pay a few hundred dollar to them for towing it the ticket from the police and an impound fee etc. If you fail to pick up your car the same day then the charge you for holding your car.
Superglue the lock first, then you cut off the chains with a bolt cropper or an angle grinder. Give the clamp back to the firm and then you falsely claim that the clampers had to cut it to remove it. Stick to your story and say the clampers are lying if they claim they didn't cut it off.
having a friend that own a garage can have its uses, you have your friend collect the vehicle and take to his garage and simply remove the clamp without damage to it, also inform the clamp company of what youve done and that there was no intention to permanently deprive them of the clamp and it can be collected from whereever it is. no theft..no criminal damage..no offence...now let them find you, chances are they wont as the details from dvlc are very expensive for them to get..clamp that.
if that was my car nest to him what all the sparks from the grinder were hitting id have kicked his well deseared nuts up in to his well desearved throat..clamp that
Wheel Clamping is a Civil Matter and therfore it is Not a Criminal Offence...You just remove it and say "Take me to Court you Cunts".....or words to that effect
If you are parking in violation of signage you are stealing from the owners or the public and deny the person lawful use of the property. If it is public road you are denying someone else lawful use of the parking spot. Why do some of you think it is all right to defraud others? So all of you are thieves
@samten10a Wow! You must be a perfect person. I wish I was perfect too and never ever made mistakes. Congratulations, I can only hope to be as good as you oneday and be able to sit in the seat of judgement with such a clean conscience.
@samten10a so if u wanted to move ur car to allow others lawful use of that space but a device didnt allow u to do that the person who put that device on there should be fined. no?
@LUVLYJUBLY1000 Aaaaw do i sense resentment...perhaps i did, perhaps i didnt, but to hire a con saw nowadays is at least 25 quid and that oh so lovely lock that needed to be tore in half wasnt your average little bike lock, so id say at another 60 onto that...Oh and the video......PRICELESS! :)
PS Im not a culchie, im definitely not little, but oh your right i can be an absolute wanker (just watch the video again to see why) :)
@seamus486 You should check your car for small rust spots over the rear wheel arch! Grinding causes the hot shards of metal to burn onto the paint and then rust....this is now classed as Criminal damage!! Get more than your fine back my friend!...luvlyjubly karma will keep your life a miserable one! People these scum are criminals! What they do is legal but unlawful! Know the difference and see John Harris, freeman of the land. love and peace to all. D
@RenardLatroyMedia lol...nice one....small rust spots....did you not notice its a "ROVER" finding a place that aint rusted would be harder to do...lol
@seamus486 What is a culchie? Is it a "clutcher", or a stick-shift driver or something? BTW, EPIC Karma!! Clamper gets to destroy his own clamp after inconveniencing loads of other drivers, extorting money out of them for ridiculous fines..
Is this true, if they can't unlock ot then they have to refund the fine and cut it off.? Presumably "anyone" could have sabotaged the lock whilst you were away paying the fine so they can't prove a thing..
I have never seen a car clamped in my life. I once got a parking ticket on campus. I didn't have a parking permit because just bought the car mid semester and they wouldn't let me use my old one. So, I just parked my car in the same place everyday. Figured out how to replicate the ticket so I could change the dates. And the price of the ticket was less than the parking permit at the end of the semester. Would getting a clamp, putting it on your car and faking a ticket work?
I hope you billed them at least £500 for the time you had to wait whilst they recified their mistake...you have a right to charge them...do it & take them to court for non payment as you know they wont pay...sort these bastards out.

Great that you swapped the padlock and that you had the tw&t on his knees for ages.
He should have worn PPE when using the disc cutter and had an AFFF fire extinguisher ready when cutting that close to a fuel tank.
Great vid

nice of him to grind all up your car and other peoples :D
Davejimjr 3 months ago
If you get clamped, just squirt glue into the locks so the clamper cannot use the key to de-clamp the car.
That way he will have to pay you for the time it takes him to remove the clamp.
Im a solicitor, i charge £185 an hour. one clamping company once paid me £256 in compensation, and he couldnt prove it was me who put the glue in.
