Been using these belts a few days now , and when its on your abs, it feels like you have cramp in your stomach , or just need to have the biggest fart ever, lol. (sick but true). Attention: this will give obvious results if you keep using it everyday or more times each day.  And if you keep your muscles flexed while using the machine. Especially if you're on 80-90 levels. If not, you're just electrocuting your muscles temporarily and just whenever.

awsome product-- this is like performing any other exercise-- You won't start lifting weights by starting with the maximum amount of weight on the bar-- this is the same-- don't start with maximum settings-- if you have never done real working out then you should start with something like 15 - 20 % for first timers-- after 1 week you can gradually increase resistance level.

If you start with too much too soon you will not like the pain and you may not want to continue the next day.

@silent2906 It did make a difference. You can tell once you have that thing on and start increasing the voltage. It contracts your muscles. It is proven to work, however I personally believe crunches and sit ups of different sorts will be a better outcome. I don't work in a job field where it requires me to sit so I had no use for it. I have the time to do it manually. Definitely works though.

The product you bought should have replacement pads, either online or at the store you bought it at. I know with my slendertone that they sell them seperately when the ones you have are done for. You'll know when a sharp stinging pain occurs, then replace em.

It is not that painful. We were putting it on the highest setting during the video. It was just for fun. However it does work, at least for me. So I don't see how it wouldn't work for anyone else. It's a 40 minute work out (MAX). You control the settings to where you're comfortable but know you can feel it so you're actually working your muscles. You'd do fine at work with it. One of the purposes for it.

You can use the ones that come with it for about a month I suppose. Depending on how much you use it. They last quite a while. But just plan on replacing them monthly. One sign that tells you that you might need to replace the pads is when it starts to put your body into convulsions from electrical shock. Just kidding. Maybe. But yeah just replace monthly.
