finally dont worry too much on the stick balancing thing, the rocket is heavy at ground level, by the time its thrust has half gone its straightened out, me personally i wouldnt of bothered with that second stick and just accepted a slightly top heavy rocket, there the best ones, when you dont know where there going to end up ha ha ha(though i'm sure i will burn in hell for that last statement)
the bulkhead rule of thumb is half the size of the inner diameter in length for the thickness of the plug, and use the 2mm drill bit for the header fuse though you already have this sussed i take it
depends on the size of tube your using for the motor, if its the 3/4" one form the shop then the length of the plug/exhaust nozzle should be that of the diameter of the tube,so if its 3/4" inner diameter make the nozzle 3/4" on length, and for the nozzle use a 8mm drill bit ,just mark off from the tip of the drill using white pvc tape or masking tape the 60mm point, you need to give the gases chance to escape but at the same time letting them build up ,bit trail and error at times
really good fella, shame about the end plug, think the pressure is too much though as per your cato, try using a drill size 1mm larger for your next ones though, header was really good on the rocket though, great vid all in all, loved the cake too
tried ta mek em luk gd by wrappin christmas paper round em ahaha, sik though
