I know Burt used Vance for his tour, I saw the show in August 1977 (second concert I ever saw!). Burt was touring on My Own Way To Rock, and he was great. He was not yet embracing his Guess Who past (understandable). Vance, of course originally with Kurt, was in the re-done GW after Burt with Donnie as lead singer. Thanks for posting, wish they did a full record.

Always wanted to hear a song by Brother. I'm a huge Kurt Winter fan, for my money a better guitarist than Randy Bachman with no disrespect to Randy. Wish they had recorded more together. Kurt played with Bill on several Guess Who albums, and with Vance on GUESS WHO'S BACK, but a shame they never all played together again.

I agree with every comment and really like this. Kurt was a great guitarist. Great band, but I only was able to obtain via a bootleg cd. Poor Vance, Burton took Kurt then Billy for the Guess Who. Was Vance's revenge being in the post Burton Guess Who? Thank you for uploading. Based on this, its a shame Brother didn't do a full record. R.I.P Kurt, and thank you for your contribution to everything. We miss you!

Yep, pretty good song and music from 1970. I did not know that before, never heard. A pity - til today. Good post. Canada always rocked, with some of the best hard rock bands - April WIne, Trooper, Prism, Rush, Kim Mitchell, Mahogany Rush, "Mashmakan", Chilliwack etc.. Thanks from Hamburg, Germany.

I've always wondered what Brother sounded like, not disappointed at all! Although Burton probably doesn't admit it, Bill Wallace's contributions, on Artificial Paradise especially, were strong. Kurt Winter of course is one of the most underrated guitarists of all time. Thanks for this!

I agree fully, Bye Bye Babe is one of the greatest songs the Guess Who ever had, so underrated though. I had the privilege to talk to Donnie McDougall a few years back, very nice man
