Yeah thanks I didn't ask WHAT it was, I asked what the TUNE was. Nevermind I found out for myself. It's called "Gypsy Charmer" from 1929. You can see it sung by Myrna Loy posted elsewhere on here. Excellent tune.
This is an Engelhardt orchestrion, converted to use a Cremona M-roll from whatever roll format it originally used.
As far as I know, M-rolls were originally only used on Cremona instruments.
M-roll arrangements are typically either adapted from QRS rolls, or are proprietary Clark arrangements. They are usually skillfully done and very good. This piano is a little out of tune in your video, and the pipes are way out, but it was in tune when I visited two weeks ago.
