i think that the people that have the chicks are cruel there freezing im guessing its about 65-70 degrees in the cage the look like they just hached soo they need a temp of 95-100 degrees to be comfortable its like a human with no clothes on outside 35 degree weather.

The light bulb is there to provide heat, not light.
