Pacts of secrecy are agreements to undermine the person the pact is about. Spamming settlers and creating cities in such a way that the person is totally blocked in and cannot expand is one method. So far, I've never seen an AI fufill their part of their deal. Also, secrecy pacts make the AI more likely to go to war with the person the pact is about, apperently. I've also never seen AIs declare war (then again I'm on Settler since I'm incredibly new at this).

Lolwow. Catherine has NEVER been that friendly to me, ever lol. I always try to work with her (because she gets x2 strat and we can trade *look at my suggestion*), but its like shes playing hard to get all the time lol. =P Do you know what to do? Or what settings you had on in that game? Cos I need that extra uranium muahhahaha.
