I think the power of twister is too short, in twisted metal 2 the whirlwind lasted longer and was easier to eliminate the opponents by using the special power, like twister is the best!
Twister is not good character to choose becuz the final battle that tower tooth and dark tooth is the hardest. Twister couldn't beat both of them with her special weapon
