Yes .The dog is a great addition hear.It's wonmderful when we can really listen. Like never before. The entire universe! Anything ! can be a revelatory musical experience if u enter with - mind and awareness!

This is perfect. Oliveros believes in the power of the listener adding to or energizing the piece. The response of the dog in the background also adds to this piece equally. In the spirit John Cage we could say that if the dog were silenced and she performed this again, it would be a different work altogether.
