I have a question please:What is it when you click on the guy or anything like that and hearts/musical notes/stars appear?Is it you touching the boy or something?Please,asnwer me,I don't have the game,but I'm very interested on it ^^!

It's called the "Skinship" feature... And yes, it's where you touch guys...
