@Nelmistro No the HOBO probably does not have Healthcare. Healthcare is only for the privledged in America. We are the only G8 country left in the world whom does not provide healthcare for all our legal citizens. However, we do gaurantee Healthcare for all illegals in this country. They don't even have to give the hospitals their real names for fear of deportation. I don't know about you but everytime I go to the hospital I have to give them every piece of information I have and then some.

They go in, give a fake name, and when they can't pay or don't have insurance and they realize the name was fake, they call the police and find out why that is so..
