Your playing is sick, I do a bit of slap bass myself but I can't get this down!

Tip for most people starting bass, slap takes time!

Practice and practice and you will have it down, I recommend can't stop as the first slap bass song you learn.

sweet cover man. Im tryin to play this but the tabs confusing. in like the man riff like you hit 3rd on the low E then it goes to 5th on the D then 3rd on G. Well what do you do between those two? Is it just like two quick muted thumps on the low E? im kinda confused

That's right. Two muted thumps on the E. Exept from the last time, where it goes from 3rd on G to 3-4. Between the first 3th and the secound it's just one muted thump. Hope you understand :P

Well, i've played since i was 8. But the first six or seven years I almost never practiced. But then, when i got the Stingray, I played 6-7-8 hours a day (!). My point is: You have to think it is fun. If it is, you will be better faster than you think. :)

It's PERFECT for funk and slap, but it's fantastic to other generes as well. The Jazz bass has a little better sound if you like to play jazz and those slow songs, but I couldn't be more happy about the Stingray. I've tried them both a houndred times, and you see what i chose. It's absolutley perfect! :D

Just save money like (you know...), it's definetly worth it
