so true! my dad's an estp and he purchased a franchise of a sign company that was already succesful. ended up being the best franchise in australia though. always looking for new equipment and methods etc. to expand but rarely tries or uses completely new ideas, just tried and true products and methods. unless buying stuff from china is a new idea......
