Why do you people think that the usage of the New World Order phrase has anything to do with some cabal trying to bring about one world government. It's just a saying used to reference the changes in world politics, economics and populations.

The clue is in the name - "World" - i.e. everything on Earth and "Order" - a social or political system. The "new" is about the formation of new means by which they will do it, although it has actually been a long time coming. One undemocratic global regulator who can reach out and place controls on the economy of any country? A once world currency (maybe called the Bancor)?
