  • reminds me of of a bank vault , nice construction

  • @cody1800212 door weighs in at 800lbs so it is limited by the ability of the motor to safely 'move' the door without burning up.

  • Many of our clients want a room that will protect from extreme weather events and break-ins. They also have concerns about the possibility of civil unrest in the near future as the economy takes a dive. I personally believe every home should have a secure room for valuables and a place to protect themselves until police arrive if a break in or life threatening situation should occur.

  • What happens if you lose electricity though? (The battery dies too)

  • So i here that rhinovault is the place to go for panic rooms, fallout shelters and gunstorage. Dont know about their products though...

  • @Popsicle22754 Thanks for the bump, although the products are usually built around the customers security requirements, there are some feasibility issues with logistics, structural integrity of existing homes and foundation requirements for our vaults. You can only do what is allowable by the weight considerations and existing wall configurations.

  • Couldn't you just take a sledge hammer and knock a hole in the sheet rock or burn you out?

  • @TheBgcheez Adjacent wall are generally concrete or we fortify them with ballistic steel.

  • It has a backup battery system
