cilantro/ coriander = same plant; becoming more popular in western couisine but quite common everywhere else.

cilantro is the stem and leaves (herb) of the plant

coriander is the seeds (spice) of the plant

Good video, byt sorry to say I like mushrroms but hate it when it's alone, c'mon! But spagetti with mushroom meatballs green and red pepper, they r good, or curry chicken with the mushrooms, yadda yadaa, but stuffed mushrooms, I got to try it out!I live food, I am a food tester eater, but still trying my best at cooking!Dude you encourage me with your videos!

These make a real great appetizer, I like making them Bruschetta style, with mozza cheese, salsa, and instead of crackers, crushed up tortilla chips, good stuff

I love the mozza too. A spicy sausage blend with an old cheese is one of my favourites. Perhaps other folks can share their ideas too! KtC
