he looks like a big guy but I doubt he can support the weight of a 2000lb animal. Why don't you see if you can lift a full grown elephant while your at it??
@Crazyful18 Czyli bardziej przed konia się wysunąć? To tak do końca nie działa. Owszem, może on wtedy mieć wyprostowaną nogę, ale konie rzadko w takiej pozycji chcą ją obciążać.
Naawe, you can see how he is trying his best not to hurt that guy...he tried putting some weight on the leg, but when he felt the soft body under his hoof he refused, and almost paniced, because he knew it could hurt the guy....what a lovely horse!
Jeśli podkładanie pod głowę końskiego 'klocka' Cię kręci, to droga wolna, możesz sam takie filmy kręcić i na YT wrzucać. A ja nie będę dla czyjegoś widzimisie czyścił padoku przy każdej próbie.
The horse wasn't happy doing this and i think it's a pretty silly trick to be attempting anyway. It's not safe and the horse didn't want to keep it's foot there, i think gentle giants should be left alone, they don't like doing this sort of thing.
Ok, sorry for my sarcasm then. That was just test if this horse would be good for my shows, you can watch in other clips. I do it at fests and other riding events, and most public says that it is quite interesting and unique.
that is crzy!!!! y would u do that? my friend afell off and got stepped on by her pony and that killed....what if that draft stepped on you??? OUCH!!!!
Interestingly, or if the horse is frightened that if this man that it spent more ...- I doubt .. probably when the recording was good fun but I know a little bit on the horses and I know it's only animals, and even though I do not know how to be trained and taught and so it can do damage without being aware of this ..
Heh, I wouldn't be pleased if it doesn't step on me. Aim of this test was to make this horse to step on my stomach full weight (as other my video shows). But I agree, it was a very friendly horse.
I have owned a draft horse, it weighed in just over 2,000 pounds, healthy. I can understand wanting to do a stunt, but I can't understand this one. I mean no offense, but the horse is being pretty smart here, because most of his body weight rests on the front, with his shoulders, neck and head. I have been stepped on by a horses front leg, and it hurts unbelievably. I am afraid that if that horse had really put its weight on you, you would have left the pasture in a stretcher.
I agree, that it is difficult to see if that horse stepped on me or not (it was just a test, not a show performance). But that amount of weight is not a big problem (watch my clip: "Branie belga na klatę - Testing belgian stallion for stuntman trick"). And yes, horses stepping on human foot are very painfull experience - because small bones of foot are crushed to hard surfaces. But this is not a case with hoof pressing to stomach.
What makes you think, that I know your language? Or should I write this question in Polish (to make it easier for everyone to read - well, or at least for me)?
great idea.... might as well just put medicine ball on your stomach about the same weight..... lame shit someone should have spooked him and shown what really happens when just the weight of one leg actually would do to the human body
Well, you are too lazy to watch whole clip (or at least till 0:59, where horse stands only with one front leg on me), or check other my clips, where it is easier to see. So, still do you think that it is as easy as medicine ball?
That is crazy... when my clyde/morgan cross steps on my feet (which is very often) it hurts sooo much; I can't imagine what it feels like on your stomach...
That horse is beautiful by the way., what breed or cross is it?
No, if somebody ask (and is not rude) then I answer. If I only want answers, then why I delete 80% of comments? And after over 20 years of trying that trick with hundreds of horses - yes - I know, that most of them don't do that - this is why I have to test so many before each show.
But people still doing it, right. It is hard to convince a horse (I don't want to force a horse to do anything) to step on me slowly, and where I want.

Nie chciał, bo "grunt" zbyt grząski... ;)
Ale jakby bardzo mu się to nie podobało, to by sobie po prostu poszedł (i bynajmniej nie byłbym w stanie go powstrzymać). Faktycznie, konisko ładne, i dość przytulaśne...
