This is a Choy Lay Fut form. It's a beginner's form in the sense that it is the first spear form taught in the system by Master Tat Mau Wong. Thanks for asking
How is this form called? I know that the spear is commanly used with the left hand in front, but in this form it is just oppisite. Is it a Form of Choy Lay Fut or Hung Gar??
@BakMee Left hand in front is usually done by Northern styles....Southern practitioners have the right hand in front of the staff or spear. Choy Lay Fut is a combination of northern and southern styles....so they have their left or right hand in front in some forms....and in some forms the hands alternate.
thank you for your support
