thanks to the beeb for providing a ballardian ending... as the doc. is closing out- we hear the bbc announcers voice, business as usual-, promoting the film about to be shown, and the on coming news program. ballard would have liked that,the announcers voice, inadvertent as it seems, over the credits... it seemed the perfect closer- that doesn't quite close.
