Nope. I work at Wendy's and It's automated. Put it on the grill, pull down the top that cooks/presses both sides. Then when the time is up the top opens and you just take it off. It seems in the 80's grill actually took SOME talent. Now it's where we stick the illegals that don't speak engrish.
