Two of the trucking companies that I worked for would send management to seminars on how to browbeat the drivers. When I wrote up the illegal unsafe chain setup that claimed at least three men of heart attack, ten crippled for life, management told me that I was a whiner. Those mommy boys have never chained a truck in their lives.
