They should be leading teams competing directly with Nature, getting big rewards too, perhaps bridging rivers or leading the team that cures cancer.

We need sensible & intelligent people who do not compete at the reign of industry, open, informed, led by good ideas which benefit the whole economy.

Blind profiteering destroys markets and people.

Competing bigger & bigger blocks to destruction creates a generation of unemployed.

These systems evolve with time and we are in the process of formulating a new meta model for our civilization's current needs.
