Nippon Racing or YCP pistons

if you knew how to do a true build you wouldnt have piston slap. all you wouldve had to do is spend a little bit more money to get your block bored to fit 75.5mm Vitara pistons. but you didnt so you will now face problems in the long run. have fun bud

Yeah its still on 14 psi daily driving it.

on a low reading dyno it put down 252hp and 202 ft lbs. torque.

Just purchased a new 60 trim turbo and bigger injectors and going to shoot for 350-400 whp.

and Yes for the tuner toy rods the block was notched.

on a vitara build, can you run 14 psi as a daily driver?? im at 12 and want to crank it up a bit to 14.. engine is fuully built and still in the break in process

i have a freshly honed civic. d16z6 vitara pistons and i beam rods.. right now i run twelve but do you think it would be ok to turn the boost up with my mbc to 14 psi?? im still breakin in the motor i only drove it for about 500 miles.. can make a video if u want

Yeah, I'm around the williamson area and there is no knock, it's just where it has vitara pistons, it has some piston slap just like every other vitara build.

@92turbod16 it has slap because those pistons weren't designed by the engineer to be put in a honda by some beaner that figured it out because it was cheaper than buying forged rods built for a d series
