  • FUCK THE BRITTISH ARMY

  • @MrZaco32 your a cunt

  • @TheShadowOpPod @MrZaco32 Ditto he is a cunt isn't he!!

  • @mwillis1000 yeah, so what if our country has less time during training. We have 3x the soldiers. Im just pointing facts out, not being offensive.

  • Err

  • believe me it's not chill ... you get internet and stuff like that, but the seniors arent as friendly as you think haha

  • The british army seems more professional than the united states army Im not trying to offend anybody

  • This looks so chill. I thought it was boyscout camp or something. Honestly they get internet, family meetings, breaks, etc

  • Rifles or Guards, which is better to join?

  • @dunglebud It doesn't make a difference mate, whichever you prefer. We are all in the same boat at the end of the day.

  • god bless the shit-thick mugs who join the british forces

  • @markpub Thick shit or not I can guarantee you that you wouldn't be able to even complete the type of training they do

  • @markpub Hey,these guys are fighting for YOUR freedom, you have a problem i guarentee you couldnt pass for basic training even if you tried -_-

  • @PhilliumTalent It's just another stereotype that holds no ground, most of my platoon are uni educated.. something he'll never know nothing about. Don't give him the satisfaction of a reply mate.

  • @TrioUnionRecords allright man,hey quick question, can you join as soon as your 16,what happens to the school years that your ment to stay in till 18,do they get wiped or do the army teach you all you need to know? Thanks man

  • @PhilliumTalent I joined when I was 19 mate so not too sure, but the armymod website says you can join as soon as you've turned 16, or can apply at least. I think you'll have to finish your GCSE year in school before being accepted, A levels are needed for none infantry roles only, as are higher GCSE scores.

You're best going to your local Army Career Office to get first hand advice from a recruitment officer rather then me spouting probables though!

  • @TrioUnionRecords Thanks,i was thinking about infantry,but ill check out the career office,thankyou mate,much thanks :)

  • @PhilliumTalent Anytime mate, best of luck to you.

  • only people who are skint and young and cant find a job join the army.

the armys boring and people want to leave after a few weeks of finishing there training but they cant leave because they signed a 4 year contract and made a oath, also the royal military police will hunt them down and send them to the famous colchester army prison and get treated even worse.

  • @samtlosi yeahhhhhh want a shovel with that bullshit?

  • Can an American citizen join the British army.

  • hi can some one answer a serius question: i want to join the army as an ifantry soldier but i stupidly smoked canaibis on new years Eve, when will it be out of my system and safe to join :S? thanks.

  • @JakeJuniper About 2 weeks.

  • this is what i want to do when i leave school.

  • I'm not sure why you would want to join at the moment anyway. I don't really see any benefit from it. I don't see how this is going to benefit a person. Just the thought of getting injured says alot about it.

  • I am 15 right now. I am aiming to begin training in my Physical Fitness so that I can perform better when it comes to the Physical, because that is the main part of the training that I am afraid of; I am not confident at all on my Cardio and Climbing abilities.

  • i am going to join the us ARMY because i get to hold and shoot guns!!

  • @terminaor100 and they will happily reject you. it's not a game

  • Nowadays, the Army is ''here is a weapon and a metal detector. Out there is a field full of IED's. Flush 'em out!'' then wake up in a hospital a week later with a few limbs missing.

  • very interesting to watch.

    from the usa.

  • Watched this video at the Army Recruitment Center. Have to wait 3 years before I can do this. Q_Q

  • Fuck the British faggot army.

  • @DrDerpwerth Whys that?

  • @DrDerpwerth fuck you

what a lame thing to say

why dont you go and protect your country

    or even better

    go get a life

your a crap idiot and people like you disgust me

i hope you go to hell

  • musicdubdio you focking bitch my dad works for the army and i will tell him to kill you or arrest you

  • @terminaor100 Soldiers can not arrest people, they have no authority over civilians.

  • suck your moms dick and say to her that she is "gay you focking" bitch HAHAHAHAHAHAHA

  • brits are cowardly baby killers

  • idiots....why the fuck are they fighting?

  • Three negligent discharges at 6:56. In America, that's an automatic Article 15.

  • @pinebark90 There's actually a reason for doing that, I'm not going to try and explain it in case I fuck up, But it's obviously a good one, As the british army is the best trained in the world.

  • @MegaFight4life Only in training, right? Hopefully, they don't clear rooms like that downrange. That's some scary stuff. I understand they're trained differently, but that could definitely kill someone if there were real bullets in that rifle. As an American infantryman, I was trained exactly the way I fight. Muscle memory.

"Best trained?" Maybe, maybe not. I'm not trying to start some pointless internet fight or defend my pride, but those are loaded words. Use them carefully.

  • @pinebark90 More to do with editing of the vid really. cutting from first go to later more advanced stages. The vid as a whole isn't exactly trying to give a realistic impression of training

  • @pinebark90 thats why its training

  • @wiganerrmc Even in training you can get an Article 15 for a negligent discharge. When I was at Ft. Benning three months ago, I saw at least three get handed out. There is a line between "that's why this is training" and "that could have killed your buddy."

  • @pinebark90 no you would get a beasting and anyway thay use bfa

and wot part of the video you onabout

  • @pinebark90 Please spare me, dont question British military training, we've been doing it a lot longer than you. The British military are the best troops in the world, they might not have the might or firepower of the USA but they certainly are the best troops.

  • @Festivejelly I couldnt agree more . Rule Brittania!

  • To be fair, this does look easier than Catterick...

  • @tomo3666 They wouldnt put the hard stuff into a recruiting video dude ;)

Theyre trying to get people in, not scare them off. Saying that though, this is nothing to when i went through... :oD

  • I wanna see them try out united states army bct ...i would say to try marines but after seeing this i dnt think theyd do well there

  • @iTFjaco559 haha you have no idea, on these videos.. it looks very calm, relaxed, not hard at all. in reality, you got the regimental sgt major screaming in your face because you have a spec of dust on your boots, you get beasted for the tiniest thing, its not easy and its NOT like these videos... they should show the real basic training

  • This is pathetic compared to the US

  • @scottlsx In what way???

  • @scottlsx go watch videos from the U.S and A then cock end

  • @scottlsx its not ment to look hard as it is used for recruiting. believe me its worse than this

  • @scottlsx US Army And US Marines are pathetic compared to the British Royal Marines

  • Who yeah !

  • im 25 and have been thinking of joining the royal engineers ive been thinking it over for about a year i realise I dont have alot of time left to decide but I cant stop thinking about it I just need that final push

  • @Gazlow Can I ask, whats your real reason for wanting to join the army?

  • @MrKon14

To be honest ive wanted to do so many things in my life i ended up as plumber and ive really excelled at it im 25 and have already supervised jobs wanted to move to the next thing so I went offshore etc anyway ive just been feeling like I need more I want to do something that will make a difference that will keep people safe something I can be really proud of and to say to myself at least i done something important you know what i mean? i know it sounds cheesy lol

  • @Gazlow I understand what you mean, Im in my late 20s and Ive been thinking about it myself lately, Its not cheesy at all, everyone wants to be someone bro and be really proud, Its a big challage that seperates the men from the boys, If you do go for it once you complete your training your ready for things that normal people would cry about. Just one thing tho, If you cant see yourself killing another person dont join, Because "IF" you do get ut on a mission you will be expected to kill.

  • @MrKon14

I understand bud ive thought about that and i just think youre not out there to dance around its a war those insurgents would kill me, you and our familys without a second thought so if ive gotta kill its gonna get done. so what do you want to join as if you do?

  • @Gazlow Im running out of options so armys like the last chance, i like the testing yourself part, action. meeting new ppl, the expirence to travel &see the worlds most hostile places. I just dont want to make my life worse then it already is &get my leg blown off lol thats what scares me, but if you survive the war &then look back, it would be an amazing feeling knowing what youve done, so if you can do that, you can do anything, guess i wouldnt mind shootin afew taliban fuckers either lol

  • @MrKon14

feel the same way mate. theres alot of good that can come out of being in the army but like you say you can get your leg blown off or you can die. I kinda wish id have done it when i was 18 i dont think being a bit older will matter but still lol plus shooting insurgents will be good

  • @MrKon14 Put on a mission? ur not joining the SAS lol, u'll most likely have a contact on patrol or guarding a FOB, and only if u join the infantry usually

  • Can a polish person go to british army serious answers no racism please :)

  • @ljudmila20 If you've lived in the UK for 4 years (?) you're eligible for service. Just go to a local recruitment office or go onto the website.

  • @connor0994 thats your trade, phase 1 everyone does, then you go to your training for your special trade. example: you join as an electrician, you will do 14 weeks basic, then do however many weeks it is to train as an electrician. i hope this answeres your question

  • Comment removed

  • how many push ups and pull ups do we need to pass the test. from civilian to soldier?can anyone pls tell me

  • @doga201 1,000,000 of each

  • @doga201 PFA (Personal Fitness Assessment) minimum requirements vary depending on age and gender. For a serving male soldier under 30 the miniumum is: 44 press-ups in 2 mins; 50 sit-ups in 2 mins; 1.5 mile run in under 10.5 minutes. Google British Army PFA if you want info on other categories.

  • im 14 and have been thinking about going in the army for quite sometime i am a female and i no i have a long wait ahead of me till i can actually join but this has opend my eyes i really want join now:(

  • @TheAbbie12398 no rush - use the remaining years at school to learn to write basic English, it will stand you in good stead later on.

  • @TheAbbie12398 HI, if you want to join the army, if your 14, if you start your fitness training now, not extreme training, but being generally fit...when your 18 and can join you will be laughing in basic training, i was someone told me when i was 14 to stay fit, i was playing xbox and eating crap at that age and am really struggling now.

  • @TheAbbie12398 same i love working with guns and alot of my family go into this job so I'd like to follow them :)

  • You can see there is not a guaranteed future in this job because of the nature of this work. Like any other job when you are not needed anymore they will let you go. TO think there are people who died and got seriously injured for something that was only a temporary situation.

  • @210482fmj The nature of the situation doesn't factor into the equation for a soldier. The politicians decide when and where to deploy our armed forces; a good soldier or officer can respond, to the best of their ability, to the orders of received from their direct superior. It's the duty of soldiers and officers to fulfill the demands of Her Majesty's government (elected by the public) in the most efficient way possible. Those who've died did so for something they believed in.

  • all basic training is the same. the only time that changes is phase 1 and phase 2.

  • Dont swallow this recruitment propaganda they make it look like a nice and sweat place and once you enlist they then stomp your throat in! Games of pool and a round of golf yeah sure hahaha recruitment videos make me laugh. Come through Catterick any of you faggots who think its all fun and games and see how many teeth you lose after your section commander smacks you in the mouth a few times!

  • @Ironside287 I don't think anyone is dumb enough to think its a holiday camp! Chill out dude!

  • @Ironside287 Section commanders don't smack anyone in the mouth at Catterick - Why would a professional Soldier ruin his life by getting busted for assault. infantry training is robust and hard as it has to be but suggesting the Section Commanders smack anyone just isn't true. As we would say, wind it in red arse.

  • STUPID MUGS WONDER WHY THERE IS TERRORISTS IN THE WORLD IN THE FIRST PLACE. ALL YOU DO IS EGG IT ON .. STUPID FUCKERS.. i WILL GET IN MY CAR AND RUN LOADS OF PEOPLE OVER OUTSIDE A NIGHT CLUB 3 TIMES . I WILL MAKE SURE I BREAK ALL THEIR NECKS . I CAN'T WAIT TILL THE NEXT PARADE. I WILL BREAK ALL THEIR NECK AND THEY WILL BE IN A HOSPITAL FOR THE REST OF THEIR LIFE'S BEING HAND FED

  • @TheWheeliebandit what are you blabbering on about why do you want to go kill people?

theres a great game called gta you can do it on there

  • @wargoose25 it's called a job m8

  • @kjscfc1863 read the other guys comment and if you think thats a job then theres somthing wrong with your head

  • Woowww this is like a vacation compared to American military training. No disrespect I mean this might work but we are treated very roughly

  • @TheConnoe This is 3 years old things have changed since.

  • @TheConnoe lol mate its just a recruitment film. Do you think if they put a video up showing recruits getting beasted and officers screaming in their faces, do you think they would get many applicants for the British Army? lol they would think, fuck that shit, but once your in your in and your life then belongs to the Queen!

  • @TheConnoe No disrespect taken, but this is only the very basic training to get into the army. Infantry training is a different kettle of fish and Parachute Regiment and/or Royal Marines basic training is the hardest in the world bar GENUINE Special Forces eg SAS,SBS,Delta, Seals.

  • Culture shock. I thought all military basic training looked like a form of torture. Maybe they're not showing the whole-thing.

  • @MegaGERMANE88

Do us a favor - do not do yourself an idiot please!

by the way your anti-Semitism is disgusting

I wish that God will give you just a mental health

  • IDF may have forgotten how to wear a beret,

but at least our men do not go around with skirts :-P

Besides the IDF infantry training much more difficult and

demanding than shown in the video

But I still have respect for the British Army

    Up respectfully:

    Staff Sergeant - Shay P

  • I know it's a recruiting tool, but still, I swear these guys look happier than the peeps in the US ones.

  • @WhiteRusski Stop talkin out your ass, these afgans in there flip flops be whopping these well armed english and american soldiers asses everyday.why is it taking them so long to beat them if there that special, truth is dickhead the english and Usa aint going to win shit, there jus getting there asses handed to them by the muslims, and dont call me chum you dichead.I aint your chum you troll!

  • @ThePakavelli You seem to be the one talking out your ass the afghans aint much without stingers and I am pretty sure we aint selling stingers to them right now the russians would have kicked the shit out of them if they wouldnt have gotten stingers.

  • @jordon507 it's like a recruiting video to make it seem not so bad when they get to phase 1 basic training. when really it's not like this at all! you should be smart enough to know this.. I'm sure most countries do this as a way of getting new recruits.

  • @FightstarBeast All countries do, I know. I'm in the Canadian Forces. But that wasn't the point I was getting at.

  • they make the army look easy but its just to suck you in then they yell in your facese

  • About the US Marine and British Marine being test in every war they did fight.... well there isn't a war the US Army hasnt been in.

  • To settle every argument that's on one of these types of videos, it's a well known fact that the British Army is the most well trained and disciplined army in the world, however, we lack the proper equipment and resources which the US army has plenty of. The best special forces team is the SAS, which have served as models for almost every special forces team in the world including the SEALS.

  • @howag69 im in britan and i disagree nepal and china and russia has the best trianed army but the uk is better than us

  • @howag69 They want you to believe that you're the best trained, and the most discipline army in the world; but it's far from fact - let alone a "well known fact". In the Canadian Forces they tell us we're the best trained, in the US Army/Marines they tell them that they're the best trained. It's one of the fundamentals of building a soldier. Make them believe they're the best, and they'll push themselves harder. But judging just from the drill I saw, you're far from the best.

  • @jordon507 the us marines are out of he question.

  • @swanyAJ Well, it's dependant on what type of training you're looking at. The British style of training, which encompasses most common wealth countries, teaches their soldiers to think for themselves. The American style doesn't focus on that, but it focuses more on PT, and toughening their candidates. The Marines may not be the best at everything, but their definitely the best at some things. Same goes for British, and Canadian soldiers; everyone has their own pros and cons.

  • @jordon507 As FightstarBeast explained this could be a recruiting video, there's no way in hell that this is anywhere near what it's really like, i have several friends who are in the army and they all say it was so much tougher then this.

  • @jordon507

Good luck getting them to believe that. I swear it must be ingrained in every British citizen's head from day 1 that their military is the best trained, because I've never heard a single one of them admit that they might not be. Like you said elsewhere, every military has their strengths & weaknesses. As a soldier in the US Army, I've noticed that we've developed a dependence on armor & technology.

  • @USN1985dos lol well it helps that they dont come in screaming at you

  • I served in the US Army in Germany and worked with the British Army and thought they were well trained, but had questionable equipment. They do train different than us, but remember the US Military is trained to fight anywhere in the world, the Europeans are basically trained to fight in Europe.

  • @stephenabm Well i want to inform you that the British are trained to fight everywhere, well this video is clearly showing them training in a European background, but the British have military bases across the world, i personally visited their military base in Kenya in Africa and saw them training there, from the rain forest of Africa to the harsh dry desert near the Kenya-Somali border, this guys are trained under all conditions.

  • I was expecting to see something similar to US Army Basic Training, but was surprised with what I saw. US Army Basic training is leaps and bounds more intense than this. I still love my British brothers though, let's end this damn war and get home.

  • I love it how the Americans compare our basic training to their special forces

  • Stay safe British guys!

We have been fighing together for more then 200 years now!

Hopefully I get into Canadian Army Reserves as Infantryman, Good luck to anybody joining the British or Canadian military and to anybody already in.

  • if you sign up for this you are agreeing to murder another human. Thats really bad and the thought of that is just horrible. DOn't let people turn you into nastiness

  • @210482fmj retard

  • @MrDTraynorx Not at all. The point is you will have kill if need be. That is not something to be taken lightly

  • @210482fmj would u rather the army kill them or them kill you

  • Alot of the people saying this looks easy (especially the yanks) is because thats the tactic the British army uses for recruitment. Make it look nice and comfy and chilled. So people think they can do it. The reality is it's the toughest 6 months of your life.. So many people actually drop out during training. Its just another form of recruiting tool. The U.S like to make themselves look tough and hard so people think they can be Captain America. We go the other way. DEAL WITH IT.

  • Comment removed

  • @Che870 Che870 = Socialist retard.

  • They don't know what real training is once they join the US Army, Marines, Navy, or AirForce

    Experience: Retired Navy Seal

  • This looks like fuckin heaven compared to the u.s marine training

  • @usosouljah808 ahaha thats what i thought when i first watched these videos.... looks so easy.. calm relaxed etc... but when you get there, non of this bollocks you get beasted constrantyl its insane

  • @BeTheBe5t haha yea im sure its hard but thisfukin video is like a trick when people actually watch this and sign up im pretty sure there like "this wasnt inthe video u assholes" hahahaahaha hoo ahh

  • @usosouljah808 ofcourse you would say that because the marines act so tough. Toughest of the toughest are by far the the south African RECCES they are regarded the best in the world in bush and jungle warfare and their selection are also the most rigorous in the world. FACT. Check out their website

  • @mirageF1AZ hahahahaha them niccuhs are a joke the U.S marines and brit. marines are the best in the world and have proved them selves in EVRY FUCKIN WAR WE HAVE BEEN IN

  • @usosouljah808 I dont deny that they are incredably good soldiers... But the fact is that the South-African Recces have been tested in a war from 1972-1989 and the West ( America under the Ronald Ragon adminastration) confirmed them to be the most effiecient special forces EVER! Another fact, why so Jelous of your allies? Friend just go read a few books and ariticles and you will find out for yourself.

  • All off The ignorent Comments are to the People who are not British like us, We are the best,Strong,And Loyal, No one can Beat us.

Only Those of the ones who did Leave Stupid Comments Are stupid Little Immature Kids in a Different Country or who do not Respect our country and Our Standards And most of all They are Jelouse, I dont give a Dam about those People and neither Should the ones who do Just ignore them they are not getting anywhere or anything out of it, Godbless BRITAIN!

  • The British Army is the most efficient in the world of course tying with Switzerland and perhaps the US Marines... And nowhere/body matches the British Army Special Forces units, such as the Royal Marines, and the SAS are the best special forces in the world... by far...

And its not just this generation of British Army that is great, ..... just a minute who was it that had the biggest empire ever.... wait ohh yes it was us THE GREAT BRITISH!!! THANKS TO OUR ARMY, NAVY AND OF COURSE THE RAF!!!

  • BRITISH ARMY STILL HAVENT WON THE WAR IN AFGHANISTAN. WHAT A JOKE THE BRITISH ARMY ARE THE RUSSIANS ARE LAUGHING AT YOU. BECAUSE THEY TRYED TO WARN YOU. THE SAME THING HAPPEND TO THE RUSSIANS THEY LOST THE WAR. LOOOOOOOOOOOL.

  • @TheMagneto187, HEY!!! ONLY STUPID-ASSED TEENAGERS WITHOUT ANYTHING OR ANYONE BETTER TO DO LEAVE DUMB-ASS COMMENTS IN CAP-LOCK FOR EVERY SINGLE POST THEY LEAVE!

oops! I forgot the obligatory 'LOL' inherent in all your idiotic dribble.

    LOOOOOOOOOL

  • @Jefersonstelflx Random question mate... Your name isn't Sean is it?

  • @Varkzii haha yes ol !!

  • ah looks like a boatload of fun, almost like summer camp!

US Army basic training is much much much more stressful. They dont give a fuck if you miss your parents; you're there to become a warrior, not cry because you've never stood on your own two feet.

  • @sarge727

Yeah, they aren't going to tell you it's hell, it is a lot harder than they show in the video

  • @Spuddfluff well obviously, but its great advertising none the less. Makes me almost want to swim across the pond, become a citizen, then join up

  • Comment removed

  • @sarge727 Without us you wouldnt exactly be in the best position would you ?

  • @episodesofjwhite without us, you might be speaking German right now, wouldnt you?

  • @sarge727 Exactly, so lets stop bitching about whos army training is stressful of better...

  • @episodesofjwhite :P its just a little healthy competition eh? haha

  • Why the animosity towards the English? The USA and the British are on the same side.. we fight in the same wars. They got our back and we got theirs. Hope you guys in the sandbox. Enlisting this year!

  • @serrahighsfinest well said man, brits are good at what they do and so are the yanks, we're on the same side its the arabs we shud be slaggin off! lol

  • @WhiteRusski some Arab countries are actually on our side. Sometimes Saudi and Yemeni troops go on detachment to train with our troops (Navy mostly)

  • @saylikubac Long live illuminati, wat the fuck are you on bruv ?

  • @episodesofjwhite british soldiers are very coward and stupid. we are fearless and strong. long live ISRAEL.

  • @WhiteRusski well said mate!

  • Afgans would whoop these little pussys asses back to england no problem.

  • @ThePakavelli pah, its the first 14weeks of thier trainin u ignorant prick, and by the looks of it alot more of u raghead cunts are gettin killed on your own soil than our boys so put that in your pipe n smoke it chum

  • @WhiteRusski that cunt is just trolling, ignore him lol

  • @CoffeeBeatsTea i tried mate, nd its close but coffee does just about beat tea lol
